Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging for a smooth return process.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
